We are a law firm at a convenient location in Pension Towers, on Loita Street, in the central business district of the city of Nairobi, Kenya. We handle a fairly large clientele in broad areas of law but specializing in our main areas of experience and practice which are in:

(i) Commercial Law / -Advice on cotracts/agreements, setting up of businesses in terms of formation/incorporation of companies,registration of businesses - in compliance with the Kenyan laws

(ii) Conveyancing/ property transactions -Advice on sales, purchases, leases and others in compliance with the Kenyan laws

The law firm specializes in Conveyance and Commercial law. It does however handle a broad range of legal matters as they arise in its day to day running.

The proprietor has considerable experience spanning a period of over twenty years, in the fields of Conveyance and commercial law and has an excellent understanding of the workings of the relevant offices one has to deal with to accomplish expected results. With that background, the law firm has provided legal services to individuals, companies and property developers in matters relating to the above areas. The bulk of the work has revolved around purchases, sales, leasing and other aspects law relating to property; also registration of companies, business names, trade marks and sale of shares and businesses. This has entailed giving legal advice in line with Kenyan laws ,preparation of documentation - to mention a few- Sale agreements, transfers/ conveyances, memorandums of association, share transfers, contracts - and attendances at Lands and Companies Registries for registration formalities and all that goes with it, including traveling outside Nairobi when need arises:
