Conveyancing

We act for vendors/sellers and purchasers and do handle a sizeable amount of conveyancing comprising the critical perusal of documents, searches, drawing of contracts/ sale agreements, transfers/ conveyances, discharges/reconveyances and attend to registration in the land registries in Nairobi and elsewhere in Kenya and all that is incidental there to. We also draw leases for properties on behalf of landlords/ property owners and peruse/ approve documentation on behalf of tenants
